Ubidesk was born from a simple observation: remote-control tools are powerful, but too often abused to scam people. We are building the platform we would want installed on our own families’ computers.
What we believe
Security is not bolted on afterwards: it is designed in. Every product decision starts from the same question — what happens if this tool falls into the wrong hands?

One platform: attended support, unattended access, device management, AI, and integrations. With honest pricing: unlimited devices from Pro, monthly billing with no commitment, no price increases during a contract.
The team
Ubidesk is built by a small team based in Brussels, led by Anthoine Bernier: developers, support, and security work inside the same tool our customers use. We are independent, self-funded, and we answer support ourselves.
