Frequently asked questions
What is the difference from the hosted offer?
None functionally: same product, same console. Only the server location changes. The hosted offer carries a 99.9% availability SLA; Enterprise raises it to 99.99%.
Is the air-gapped mode stable?
It is in beta. Classic self-hosted deployment is generally available.
Who applies updates?
Your team validates and applies signed updates on your own schedule.
Do you offer certifications?
Our ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA certifications are in progress; we will publish them as soon as they are obtained.
