Data residency
Your data stays where you say.
You choose the hosting region: European Union, Canada, or United States. That choice determines where your data rests and which legal framework applies.
Three regions, one simple choice
When you configure your organization, you choose where your data is hosted.
- European Union — for organizations subject to GDPR requirements.
- Canada — for organizations operating in Québec and subject to Law 25.
- United States — for organizations governed by US rules.
The legal framework
We apply the rules that protect your data, and we claim nothing beyond what we do.
- GDPR — we state our compliance for personal data processed in the European Union.
- Québec Law 25 — a privacy officer has been appointed.
- DPA available — our data processing agreement is at your disposal.
Our subprocessors, in the open
The list of subprocessors that handle your data is published and maintained on a dedicated page.
- Public list — every subprocessor and its role is documented.
- DPA available — to put our data-processing obligations in writing.
