Data collected

• Account data: name, email, company, phone.
• Usage data: connection logs, sessions, managed devices.
• Session data: session content, only to the extent necessary for the service.
• Screen content is never used for advertising and never sold.

Purposes and legal bases

Service delivery (contract performance), security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest), billing (legal obligation), product improvement (consent, where required).

Subprocessors and transfers

The list of subprocessors is published and kept up to date on the dedicated page. Data is hosted in the chosen region (EU, Canada, or United States). Transfers outside the EU rely on standard contractual clauses.

Retention periods

Account data is kept for the duration of the subscription and deleted within 90 days. Session recordings follow the retention configured by the customer.

Your rights

• Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and restriction.
• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
