Solutions
The OT network is a world apart
One badly scoped remote access on an industrial network can stop a line. Caution isn’t optional.
Subcontractors connect outside working hours
A vendor steps in at night, unsupervised, on a critical machine. Nobody sees it.
The device inventory lives in spreadsheets
Which machine, which OS, which version: without an up-to-date inventory, every maintenance job starts with detective work.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is Ubidesk certified for OT or IEC 62443?
No. We claim no OT certification. We provide strict access controls; you define the approved scope.
Can I fully isolate the industrial network?
The air-gapped option is available in beta for isolated environments. Contact our team to assess your case.
Do sessions use unusual ports?
No. Everything travels over port 443, which keeps firewall openings on site to a minimum.
Can a subcontractor reach a machine outside their window?
No, if you’ve set time-window and IP restrictions. Out-of-scope attempts are refused and logged.
