Nobody can read your sessions. Not even us.
Every session is encrypted end to end with a key that exists only for that session. Our servers carry the traffic without being able to read it, and the network only speaks on port 443.

These guarantees apply to every account and every plan, at no extra cost.
- End-to-end encryption — TLS 1.3 and AES-256-GCM, with a unique key per session. Our servers cannot read your traffic.
- Mandatory MFA — TOTP, passkeys, or FIDO2 on every account, with no way to turn it off.
- User confirmation — no file transfer or execution without explicit consent, no exceptions. A persistent “session in progress” banner and an emergency stop button stay visible. Session recording is announced to the user.
- Anti-scam Trust Layer — KYB-verified businesses, a “verified technician” badge before acceptance, a warning before any unsolicited session, automatic blurring of banking sites and password fields, and no anonymous commercial accounts.
- Verifiable audit — a timestamped, hash-chained log you can export to your SIEM.
- Data residency — European Union, Canada, or United States, your choice.
