How do I create an account?
Signup opens soon: write to contact@ubidesk.io and we will create your workspace. The 14-day Business trial requires no credit card.
How do I join a session?
Enter the six-digit code your support agent gave you on the “Join a session” page, or click the link you received.
Where is the technical documentation?
In the docs: installation, mass deployment, API, and security are covered in detail.
How do I report abuse?
Via the in-product reporting button or by email to abuse@ubidesk.io. Reports are handled with priority.
Is the service down?
Write to support@ubidesk.io — we answer within one business day.
