Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes device management?
Business, at 39 € per technician per month on yearly billing; the monthly formula cancels anytime. Patching and workflows are in beta there. Unlimited unattended access is included from Pro, at 24 € per technician per month.
Does Ubidesk replace my RMM?
For the essentials: inventory, monitoring, patching, alerts, and policies. If you run very advanced automations, keep your RMM alongside: the API and RMM integrations avoid double entry.
Which systems can I manage?
Windows 7–11 and Server 2012–2025, macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel), and Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL, Fedora). ChromeOS is available in beta.
Do patches apply automatically?
Patching automation is in beta: we recommend validating it on a small group before a wide rollout.
