Solutions

The OT network is a world apart

One badly scoped remote access on an industrial network can stop a line. Caution isn’t optional.

Subcontractors connect outside working hours

A vendor steps in at night, unsupervised, on a critical machine. Nobody sees it.

The device inventory lives in spreadsheets

Which machine, which OS, which version: without an up-to-date inventory, every maintenance job starts with detective work.

  • An agent on the machines you choose

    Available

Install unattended access only on devices inside the approved scope. Nothing connects without your decision.

    Unattended access

  • Remote command line

    Available

Work over CLI on servers and technical stations without sending a technician on site.

    Remote command line

  • An inventory that updates itself

    Available

Hardware, OS, versions: the inventory flows into the console. No more truth-maintenance spreadsheets.

    Real-time inventory

  • Monitoring and alerts

    Available

Machine status streams in continuously. An anomaly raises an alert, not a late discovery.

    Monitoring & alerts

  • Strict hours and scopes

    Available

Limit sessions by time window, IP address, and geography. A subcontractor can’t connect outside their window.

    Access restrictions

  • Offline option (beta)

    Beta

For isolated environments, the air-gapped option is available in beta. Talk to our team before considering it in production.

    Fully air-gapped mode

Une journée type

Midnight: an alarm on line 3, nobody on site

The night shift reports a fault on the supervision server. The on-call technician authenticates and opens a session on that server, inside the authorized time window. Over CLI they read the logs, spot the stalled service, and restart it. The line is back without a site visit. Next morning, the intervention sits in the audit log with exact timing and scope.

Business

SSO, advanced roles, SIEM export, full white label, multi-tenant, device management, API, AI copilot.

Helios IT, MSP: 38% faster resolution.
