Purpose

These terms govern access to the ubidesk.io website and the use of the Ubidesk service as described in the subscription terms.

Account creation

Creating an account requires a valid email address and, for any commercial use, identity verification of the organization (KYB). Anonymous accounts are not allowed for commercial use.

Prohibited uses

• Any fraudulent use, including fake tech support, impersonation, or access without the user’s consent.
• Using the service to compromise systems or data.
• Unauthorized resale or sublicensing of the service.
• Any use contrary to applicable law, including the GDPR.

Reporting and blocking

Abuse can be reported to contact@ubidesk.io. We may suspend or close an account in case of fraudulent use, after review, and we cooperate with the competent authorities.

Liability

Ubidesk implements the measures described in the Trust Center. The service is provided “as is” within the limits set by law; liability is capped in accordance with the subscription terms and applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Brussels, unless a mandatory provision provides otherwise.
