Plans and billing
Prices are those of the pricing grid in force at the time of subscription. The Pro plan and above are billed per concurrent technician. Prices are locked for 24 months for early customers; no price increase occurs during the contract.
Commitment periods
Monthly billing can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current month. Annual billing offers about two months free and renews automatically unless cancelled before the due date.
Free trial
The 14-day Business trial requires no credit card. No charge is made at the end of the trial without an explicit subscription.
Payment
Payment is made by credit card or bank transfer depending on the plan. Displayed prices exclude taxes; applicable VAT is added based on the billing country.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is done from the console, without justification. No prorated refund is due for the current period, except where required by law.
