Principle

Ubidesk is built for legitimate IT support. Any fraudulent use is prohibited and triggers immediate measures.

Absolute prohibitions

• Fake tech support and any repair scam.
• Accessing a device without its user’s consent.
• Impersonating a company or a technician.
• Using anonymous accounts for commercial use.
• Circumventing the service’s security mechanisms.

Reporting procedure

Report any abuse to contact@ubidesk.io or via the in-product reporting button. Reports are handled with priority, and abusive accounts can be blocked immediately.

Consequences

In case of proven abuse: immediate suspension, account closure, and referral to the authorities where required by law.
