KYB (Know Your Business) is the verification of a company’s identity: legal existence, registration and the people who represent it. It is KYC applied to organizations.

In Ubidesk, KYB verification is required for commercial use. The verified company receives a verified technician badge, shown before control is granted to reassure the user.

The KYB badge separates a professional from a stranger: it is a sales argument as much as a protection against fake support.
