Spotted a scam riding on Ubidesk? Report it.
A dedicated channel, a one-click report inside the product, and a team that acts on abuse quickly. Your report protects everyone else.
Two ways to report
Pick whichever channel is easiest for you.
- In the product — a one-click report, available during and after the session.
- By email — abuse@ubidesk.io for any report.
What to include
The more precise your report, the faster we can act.
- The session or account ID, if you have it.
- The dates and times of the events.
- What happened: messages, technician actions, unusual requests.
- Any relevant screenshots or logs.
What we do
Every report gets looked at. Here is how we act.
- Fast investigation — we handle abuse reports quickly.
- Fast blocking — fraudulent accounts are blocked as soon as they are identified.
- Trusted flaggers — authorities, consumer associations, and security vendors can email us directly at abuse@ubidesk.io.
Are you the victim? End the session first.
If a session is running, click the emergency stop button, then report the abuse.
- Emergency stop button — visible for the whole session.
- One-click report — so our teams can take over.
- Trust Layer alerts — banking sites and password fields are blurred automatically, and suspicious behavior detection (online banking, gift cards) alerts the user.
