The GDPR is the European regulation that governs personal data processing: consent, minimization, security and data subject rights. Remote access is an everyday application of it, because it touches personal data.

Ubidesk applies the GDPR for all its customers, with data residency chosen among the EU, Canada and the United States, and a DPA that frames Ubidesk’s role as processor.
