RMM

An RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) supervises a fleet of devices remotely: machine health, alerts, patching and automation. It detects failures before users report them.

Ubidesk connects to the common RMMs: NinjaOne, N-able, Datto RMM, Kaseya and Atera. The device you watch in the RMM is the device you fix in Ubidesk, and the alert opens a session directly.
